Final Project for Perspective and Rendering Class

Last fall I had the fun of studying Perspective and Rendering with the amazing Tommy Yamamoto. He is the master. This is my final project for that class--a rendering in watercolor based on a wireframe drawing that he provided (although I did customize furniture and light fixtures). Watercolor is incredibly fun and FAST. Can't wait to do more.

UPDATE: Tommy passed away in early December, 2012 and is so greatly missed. His teaching was such a gift. For me, this little rendering will always be a reminder of a truly wonderful man. RIP, Tommy.

Photos for 2D Design Class

Our first assignment in 2D Design class is to take photos with "points" in the composition. I put "points" in quotes because as a physics major, I would prefer to call them spheres, blobs, or vaguely rotationally symmetric shapes. You can't take the geek out of the girl, folks.
